No matter your age or fitness level, we offer a variety of classes right for you.

Stretch

This class will stretch every muscle, work your core, improve self awareness and ends with a relaxation period.

Chair Fitness

For anyone with weakness, coordination problems or balance issues. It's a fun, energetic time using weights, balls and resistance bands.

Strength

This class is a full body, low impact workout, using light weights and high repetitions, working on muscle endurance.

Cardio Intervals

Class combines warm up, stretching and cardiovascular intervals to improve heart function as well as endurance and strength. Modifications are offered for low impact and higher impact work.

Ballet

A class for adults who miss the classical dance and music of their childhood. You don't need to be a great dancer - just one who wants to improve and recapture the strength and discipline that is ballet.

Balance

This class works individuals at their own speed and level. It includes gait training, obstacle courses, weights and fun games. Posture is emphasized.
